Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

2 cups of Roma Tomatoes
1 cup Onions (chopped)
1 tsp of Jalapeno Peppers
1 Tablespoon Cilantro (coarsely chopped)
1 Juice of whole Lime (squeezed fresh)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Pepper
Fresh Bruschetta Bread
Smoked Salmon (Costco has a good selection)

Put the bread in the oven to toast at 450 degrees in the broiler till lightly browned.

Put all the chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Give it a good stir. Arrange the smoked bruschetta on the toasted bread then add a slice of the smoked salmon.
